Pick up in boutique

In the event that your order has been delivered to a boutique that has since closed due to the current global situation regarding the Covid-19 epidemic, please be assured that all completed orders will remain in boutique and will be made available for pick-up in the 15 days following the reopening of the boutique.

Chloé offers you the possibility to pick up for free in a boutique the items you ordered online.

During the checkout process select "Pick up in boutique" and choose which boutique you would like to have your order delivered to. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up at the boutique.

In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:

  • A valid ID
  • The shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).
If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring:
  • A copy of your valid ID
  • A valid ID of the person collecting
  • The shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device)
  • Letter of authorization.

If the item is not picked up within 15 days of delivery to the boutique, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund.

Return in boutique

You can return items purchased at Chloé eBoutique to a boutique within 20 days, just follow the steps listed below:

  • Make sure the items are in the original condition, all tags and packaging included
  • Put the items into the original box (or another sturdy box) and bring them to one of our boutiques, along with the delivery note and the return label, both included in the original package.

The courier will collect your package from the boutique within one working day. We normally process returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Should your return comply with our Return Policy, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund for your return has been issued.

You can only return items within the same country the parcel was delivered. Stores in different countries will not be able to accept your returns.

Find in store

Chloé’s "Find in store" service allows you to verify the availability of the items you are interested in online, and reserve them for a chance to try them on in a boutique.

Choose the size and/or color combination on the item page and check the availability. If the item is available, select the boutique where you would like to reserve them and enter your personal details. You will be contacted by one of our staff to confirm your reservation.
