Our hats are crafted artisanally in Italy and their materials are chosen with care. Any inconsistencies or color differences are inherent to this type of fiber and the artisanal process. To ensure its quality and longevity, avoid contact with water, alcohol, perfume, chlorine and abrasive surfaces. Store your hat inside a pouch or in its box, in a dry area.
To make this product, Chloé worked with Leather Working Group (LWG) certified leather manufacturers. LWG certifies tanneries based on their water and energy usage, management of chemicals, solid waste, and wastewater.

All orders placed between November 13th and December 23rd may be exceptionally returned until January 31st.
Orders placed after December 23rd follow the ordinary return policy.
