In order to protect this camera bag, we recommend that you: avoid overloading your bag avoid rubbing against abrasive materials shield it from humidity, light and heat avoid contact with liquids and greasy substances (make-up, cream) store your bag carefully in its dust cover when not in use avoid rubbing against colour-contrasting clothes or materials.

To remove a water stain, gently soak up the liquid by dabbing it with a white cloth. Should a scratch occur on the leather, you can gently massage it with the same type of cloth. For all other issues, please contact the Chloé after-sales service or a specialist.
