Part of the Fall-Winter 2023 collection's strong denim statement, this belted midi shirt dress is crafted from a recycled cotton and hemp blend Chloé denim patchwork. Laser-washed to achieve a palette of three shades, the denim patches are stitched together in a checkerboard pattern. Western-inspired stitching details the shoulders, while patch pockets and a self-fabric belt finish this easy-wearing piece. Chloé-engraved snap buttons run through the front and detail the cuffs.

This denim is a blend of recycled cotton and natural fibres (hemp or linen), both considered lower-impact materials. Recycled cotton keeps its natural softness and inherent quality, with a reduced environmental impact. Using recycled cotton enables us to extend the lifespan of a fibre that has already been produced. Linen, hemp and ramie cultivations emit less greenhouse gases and require less water compared to other conventional natural fibres, which is why they are considered lower-impact materials by their nature.
