In order to protect this article, we recommend that you: avoid rubbing against abrasive materials shield it from humidity, light and heat avoid contact with liquids and greasy substances (makeup, cream) store your product carefully in its dustcover when not in use avoid rubbing against color-contrasting clothes or materials.
To remove a water stain, gently soak up liquid by dabbing it with a white cloth should a scratch occur on the leather, you can gently massage it with the same type of cloth for all other issues, please contact the Chloé after-sales service or a specialist.
